me and my family stayed here for three nights, and everyone was very nice. we liked the food, and the drinks. the hotel itself is nice it’s not super modern but it was good for us. we loved the pool and how close it was to the beach. the only thing we have complains about is our hotel room bathroom only had one door for the shower, so the water was falling everywhere. and the cleaning of the room that we asked for was not the best but that’s not something major just little things

With exception for the front desk staff, all other staff members were exceptional!! I couldn’t figure out why the front desk employees were so rude. Dining selections were outstanding. It was very quiet and peaceful. It is the perfect place to relax.

This was my favourite part of our Mexico trip. You cycle through the jungle & discover Mayan ruins along the way. The Mayan temple is at the end & it is the only one in which climbing is permitted! There are amazing views of the jungle from the top. December 2014
