“The friendliness of the staff ”

“Efficient location, good food, kind staffs. There are four elevators that are inefficiently managed. It takes a while to get to the lobby or gym etc. Sometimes towels are missing after cleaning a room. No hot water at 3AM If took me 30 minutes to check-in because a incompetent lobby staff didn’t know how to check-in one person booking for two rooms.”

“Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location is great, with a lovely neighborhood nearby that’s perfect for exploring local spots. One thing to keep in mind is that the area can be quite noisy, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay if you enjoy being close to the neighborhood’s attractions and local atmosphere.”

“Service on the lobby was terrible. They were too slow. And The staff'Jessica' on the front was very unfriendly and rude. ”

“Really close to Embarcadero Cuemanco. Ideal for couples. It is a romantic hotel. Very clean. Service was good. Only thing we missed is fridge and safety box.”
