スタッフの方、皆さま感じの良い対応で感動しました。 エレベーターが故障していると事前に連絡を頂いておりましたが、地下2階（風呂）から3階（客室）の往復はなかなかの運動でしたｗでもそのことにたし配慮が多くありドリンクサービスや帰り際の手土産まで頂き、逆によかったと思うほどでした。 次、蔵王行く際には必ずリピートしたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。 あと、かけ流しの温泉は完璧です！

全体評価：非常に良いです^-^ リピート：★★★★★ します！！ 宿泊部屋和室10畳〜18畳 温泉：★★★★★ 酸性泉に入りたくて蔵王に。この辺は、旅館や場所によって温泉の濃度が違うので、、、このお宿の温泉は暑めで酸性度も強い感じがするので非常にマッチしてました^^ 部屋数も多くないせいか、温泉でそんなに人と出くわしませんでした。 清潔感：★★★★★ キレイに清掃されてますかと。 この時期感染とか不安なところですが、館内のアルコール洗浄もよくやられてました。 そしてあちこちにアルコール除菌スプレー^^　こういう取組が安心させてくれます。 アメニティ：★★★★★ 連泊して、お掃除してもらうのが勿体なくお断りしたのですが、毎日きちんとお茶菓子やコーヒーなどの追加をしてくれてうれしかったです^^ 予算：★★★★☆ 安く、はないですが、この辺でこのお宿のクラスだとこの価格は高いわけでもなく、、、もう少し価格下がると嬉しいですが、料理や温泉からして、この価格だから行かないとはならないレベル^^ 料理:★★★★★ 非常に満足！！量も味もよかったです！ あまった御飯などはおにぎりにして持ち帰りさせてくれますし。料理少ないと残念だし、多くてももったいないと思ってしまうのでこういう気遣いは大変うれしいです^^ スタッフ:★★★★★ みなさん非常に親切な方々。 近くの露天風呂へも雨がすごいからと往復送迎してくれましたー 立地:ー このあたりはもともと何もなく、宿が固まっているのでこの宿だけがどう、というのはないので未評価。 眺望:★★★☆☆ いろんな宿があって、景色が悪いところもあるのですが、ここは開けた温泉街がみえるので眺望はあります。景色がいい、ってわけではないですけどね。蔵王の温泉街だから仕方なし^^; 設備：★★★☆☆ Wifiあり。お風呂あがりのお水やお茶などあり。特段目新しいものはないので普通ということでー。

女将さんの目が隅々まで行き届いている宿です。全27室の旅館とのこと、これくらいの規模だと、お風呂や食事、チェックアウトなど混み合うことなく、快適に過ごせました。食事も美味しかったです。 また、ぜひ訪れたい宿です。

暖かい1泊2日

スタッフの対応がとても心地よかったです。 部屋は喫煙部屋にも関わらず、煙草を一切感じない清潔感のある和室でした。 幼児用料理の予約をミスしてしまったのに、新たに幼児用で提供していただき、本当にかんしゃです。 温泉は、酷い汗疹の息子にとても良い効能で痒みがいっきに無くなっで驚いてます。 本当に良い旅館でした。

值得入住的傳統飯店

飯店位置不錯，離車站和纜車站都很近。房間寬敞乾淨、設備完善，浴場也很舒適，還貼心備有當地名產蒟蒻丸子。用餐時有個人包廂，不會像在房間用餐弄的滿房油煙味，也不用在大食堂吵雜的環境下用餐。
