Cleanness is not good.
Room service is low. They just added some fresh towels but didn't added shampoo and didn't cleaned room. They even didn't collected used towels. "

"The area is a brilliant location. I came during the snowy season. The hotel lady was kind enough to get the room warm by turning on the heater before we came. However, the shower water was at best lukewarm during my morning shower the following day. The water didn't heat up really."
