"Fantastic location to the train station. The area was close distance by taxi to shopping mall and eateries. It’s a short ride away to the grottoes. Staff were lovely and spoke some English. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lovely variety with flavours of the East and West. "

"Everything was great. The hotel reached out to me before I arrived to arrange transportation to the hotel. It is hidden from view. They made sure I arrived safely. The room was spotless and the view next to the river was amazing. The breakfeast was superb as well. I reccomend the beef dumplings 100%. 10/10 I will stay here again."

"Great hotel. Great location. New, clean with quite spacious rooms. One thing I did not like: someone smoked in neighbour room and smoke smell came through the ventilation to my room. Because I am not a smoker it was unpleasant. Otherwise, all good."

"Cloud 9 hotel is a newly built hotel in the heart of luoyang nanda street which is the largest night market in the city. The place is cozy blend with modern and historical architecture which makes this place very enjoyable to stay with. The lady at the front desk Amy speaks English which is a great plus as Luoyang is a smaller city in comparison. The rooms, washroom, amenities are all great and clean. Everything included from towels to slippers even toothbrush. Really nothing to complain. Amazing stay and highly recommended."
