"All public places were constantly cleaned and maintained Staff went out of their way to be helpful and give us a great experience Location is really nice and close by to all parks The stay in the room was a bad experience We woke up to constant construction noise and trucks beeping (moving in reverse), every morning. That was a very bad experience and made us wake up early including the kids. In addition the bed had bed bugs - we got bitten multiple times. Even after we reported this to house keeping it wasnt resolved. This made our vacation much less enjoyable, not sleeping well and waking up scratchy and with a lot of noise. In addition - coffee cups (black mugs) - we made coffee and took down to the breakfast room, and no matter how many times we asked they wouldn't put new mugs in the room Shower shampoo and soap ran out and wasnt refilled Some of the pool staff weren't very fluent in English and got our food order wrong a couple of times."

"We had a wonderful stay at Emirates Palace in a beautiful sea-view room with Club Lounge access. The property is truly grand and spectacular, with so much to do without ever needing to leave — from camel rides to a variety of activities throughout the resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, but the Club Lounge team was truly exceptional. Everyone was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay special, including helping us arrange dinner reservations and organizing thoughtful anniversary treats in our room. A special thank you to Rohit, who was phenomenal with our 1.5-year-old son. He went out of his way to prepare special purées for him and would always ask if there was anything he could make for him. That personal attention meant so much to us and was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast was truly incredible — one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced, with an amazing selection. The Kids' Palace was a little underwhelming compared with the rest of the property, and the enormous size of the palace can sometimes take away from the personal feel of the experience. Overall, Emirates Palace is an incredible and unforgettable property. The grandeur, setting, activities, amazing breakfast, and especially the exceptional Club Lounge staff made our stay very special."
