Also wish there was the washer/dryer status available on the tv so we could tell when it became available instead of going back and forth to check. Overall great hotel. Lots of shopping and food options. We always stay here when we’re in Tokyo. "

"It’s my first time to Japan and was overwhelmed where to stay after hearing so many great suggestions. After much researching, I knew I wanted to stay in Asakusa area for the charm and location. I couldn’t decide on whether Airbnb or hotel. Richmond Premier Hotel caught my attention and after much consideration, I thought why not. It was the best decision I made for staying the 5 nights at this hotel. The hotel was very modern, clean, spacious, friendly and helpful staff, close to train station, attractions and unlimted food stalls. Extra bonus…Donki is right around the corner. During my initial booking, I did book another 2 nights after doing 5 days in Osaka. This hotel is truly amazing and I look forward staying back here when I return back to Japan! "
