"Hotel was good for a 2-3 night stay for our visit to Mt Rainier, but it is far. The hotel however, is conveniently located within tons of shops and restaurants."

"Our family stayed in the Lacey Holiday Inn Express for 10 days. Overall the experience was positive except the first night. We were traveling across the country and got in late at night (equivalent of 1am where had just flown from). The woman at the desk was rude and asked us twice 'why are you even here', demonstrating a lack of professionalism and clear disdain for the area. Since we were a large family, we had booked 2 connecting rooms and I had spoken with the manager 2 weeks ahead of time...
