I was a little frustrated that my navigation took me the scenic route a few times to find the exact pension. Through my booking I was not able to locate a number to call to get directions. " Don't be fooled by the pictures! The website makes this place look like a dream, but my February stay was a freezing nightmare. * The Hot Tub: Only a foot deep (no submerging) and never got above 75°F. * The Management: When I reported the cold water, the manager told me it’s cold because it’s winter. Unbelievable. * The Room: Floors were so cold I had to use blankets as rugs. * Towels are so smelly. It seems like towels have not dried completely or there has been no guests for many months....

"Very disappointed with this stay the deck that leads to our reserved room was damaged and not safe to walk on it was the second floor of the building. Did not look anything like the pictures posted "

"There was no running hot water in our unit. Minimal support from staff. Lack of English to assist with checking in. You have to call a number to get the passcode. No one is physically available for the Pension side of business (there is a hotel with the same name next to the Pension) until dealing via phone call is not sufficient. Will not be visiting this property again."
