We stayed here last minute and we have no regrets. The people running this place were very nice. Property was very clean, including our room which was absolutely charming! We will stay here again!

We loved that the ocean was right across the street, the room was clean and surprisingly quiet, the beds were OK but should be upgraded soon, the management was awesome ,both helpful and personable. We had a great stay.

I was pleasently surprised. Location great, room was clean & quiet. Safe area and parking. Staff helpful. It's about 1.7 mile walk into downtown York, but many golf card Ubers. Will stay again.

Great location just steps from the beach. Walkable to restaurants and shops. A bit dated but in a quaint sort of way. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to another stay here. Kitchenette was useful with a fridge, microwave, sink, cooktop and coffee maker. Bring your own coffee and shampoo. Toiletries provided, but shampoo/conditioner was needed.

I stayed for one night for convenience to the beach! Luckily, this place was perfect for that. The room had some retro 70s vibes, but it was clean and perfect for a quick one night stay.

Perfect location for a beach getaway.. this small motel was immaculate and obviously well cared for by on site owners who have invested years care taking this comfortable well furnished Gen. THERE IS EVEN A ROCKING CHAIR THE ROOM!!

The room was very clean and well kept with plenty of room. Decor was quaint, sort of 1960's. It was well equipped including a stove, microwave, refrigerator and small kitchen table and also included dishes, utensils and pots and pans. There were 2 double beds that we found to be comfortable. We had an assigned parking spot right near our room. The beautiful long sandy beach is just across the road from the motel .There is also a restaurant across the road, a few hundred yards away (we didn't eat there, so can't comment). The hotel owner strongly encouraged use of the shower hoses upon return from the beach. I thought this was a great idea to minimize any tracking of sand into our room. I would definitely recommend this fairly priced, clean motel.

Enjoyed my stay. Gary and his wife were very helpful from the time we got there till we left. Took care of us right away as we at first didn't know where to park to check in, and when we left, while out at breakfast at a restaurant nearby, Gary called to let me know I left my pho e charger. I to him we were having breakfast and would be right back. Didn't even have to get out of the car as he came right over with it. Will definitely stay again.

The property was old, dingy and very dated. Dirty carpets, rusted light fixtures, bed linens ripped, stained and towels were old, dirty and discolored. Everything was about 60 years old with no updates. Location was great but would NOT recommend staying here. There are 3 other updated hotels similar price next to this one.

The location was great, across from York Beach, nice ocean views. It was very quiet and clean. The decor was pretty dated, wallpaper, yellow lamps and yellow blankets. It was nice to have a kitchenette, but there was no dish soap to clean the one frying pan. I had to buy it and papertowels to clean the pan. I would say it was a good stay, clean and good access to York Beach.

All of our interactions were with Gary, he was extraordinary with customer relations. His property was immaculate and Gary kept up with landscaping and flowers were meticulously displayed. We will be back!

I had a lovely two night stay. The sign was a little hard to see so I had to go past and turn around. Check in was a little tedious, but I travel alone and don’t mind having the hosts outline their expectations. This is not a chain. It is a well run immaculate older motel. Very very clean. My two minor complaints are no hair dryer and the bed I slept in was comfortable but a bit saggy. I love the smaller sized pillows, but if you want those gigantic overstuffed pillows, bring your own.

Excellent location with view on the ocean. Easy walk to the beach and to restaurants. The pool was clean and the lawn around the property is well kept. However, the rooms are outdated and stuffy. Bedsheets are paper thin. Just be aware that the rooms with a view on the second floor are only reserved to couples not families. Check their website for more details.
