"Lovely welcome on arrival. Rooms were dark inside which was fine for us but could imagine it might be a problem for some. Vanity mirror with lights attached didnt work, and when reported (more to report that we didnt break it, rather than get it fixed) reception was uninterested. Brilliant shower - possibly the best ive used in a hotel. No coffee machine as described but there was a kettle.
