I had a pleasant stay at this charming hotel, which is centrally located in Ystad. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. While the rooms could benefit from a bit of refreshing, overall, I had a very positive experience.

The food and drink menus at this hotel are very good, and we found the dining experience to be very good. Some not all of the staff were a bit indifferent at times, so you had to pick who to talk to to place an order etc. We booked a suit and it was not cleaned the next day which we found odd.

Much too expensive for what was included; for instance tea and coffee was not available in the room and one had to pay for it (except during breakfast). A gym was available but not inside the hotel, but about 400 meters away. Also the room wasn’t quiet; one could hear the neighbours talk and there was a fan that could not be turned off. The staff was very nice, but I will not be returning to this hotel.
