Hotel Riu Ventura - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"It's the RIU standard. You know what you will get and it will most always be first class! Extremely nice rooms. We really liked the rooftop adult pool area, but all of the pools were very nice and the staff was very helpful. One of the few resorts that you'll find ample poolside seating, with umbrellas. Everyone is not running down to place a towel on a chair, so they can come back and claim it as their space, three hours later. If I had any complaint, it would be that the themed parties were NOT on property. You had to take a bus over to another property, over 30 minutes away. Couldn't really understand this concept, as the Ventura property had a very large entertainment area. But all in all I would highly recommend this hotel for both couples and families."

"I loved the events held at other Rui hotels. The commute is not long and everyone is well entertained while so. The pool options and water events held were fun and spectacular. Personally, I loved the beach volleyball net they had up. One of the reasons I chose this place, and brought my ball with me. Made loads of friends doing so. For me, what I didn’t enjoy too much was the buffet options. Breakfast was my least favorite, but there’s always one good thing I liked. Finally what I think would be great was if they played a bit more Reggaeton. Since the name is Riu Latino, some of that was missing."

"My room was kept clean every day, most of the staff was great, the buffet was awesome ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) my granddaughter had a pretty good time in the pool dancing with the staff and nice shows at night. The other restaurants that we had to book were ok , not what I was expecting. The only complaint the I had was the mini refrigerator to old and not keeping my drinks cold, so all the drinks that were given to us were left behind."
