"The property was beautiful and modernized. The pool areas were nicely maintained. However, the majority of the staff were rude and like my or my husbands asking of anything was burdensome. Our dinner at the Asian restaurant was so poor one evening that we sat for 15 minutes before my husband had to ask if anyone was going to serve us. Even then, our orders were taken and we were never checked on again while the couple next to us had to members of the wait staff checking on them several times throughout the night. In addition, the system of first come first serve at the restaurants with no reservations was very frustrating with waits at least an hour every night. In addition, we weren’t able to experience all of the restaurants due to one being closed each night but having no schedule in advance to know what restaurant would be closed. The drinks throughout the trip were poorly made with the exception of one drink in the lobby. Overall, whenever returning to Cancun or knowing of persons traveling to Cancun, I could Not recommend this property based on this experience."

"Overall, the hotel was okay, but the food lacked variety. After eating the same meals two or three times, we really didn't feel like having them again. At breakfast, there were no ready-made eggs available, and guests had to wait in line to get them prepared. There was also a panini listed in the snack bar menu, but it had to be ordered separately. When we tried to order it, we were told it was not available, and in general they only had two or three food options available. The Spanish restaurant was excellent and served the best food we had during our stay. Unfortunately, the Italian restaurant was disappointing, and some of the food was overcooked or burned. Also, the restaurants did not have air conditioning and only used fans, so they were not cool at all, which made dining quite uncomfortable and sometimes took away the appetite. The beach is relatively small compared to many other resorts in Cancun. The rooms were generally clean, but the areas around the bedside lamps were not very clean. The room floors are tiled, and after returning from the pool, even a small amount of water on the floor made it extremely slippery, which did not feel very safe. This hotel may be a good option for middle-aged couples or travelers looking for a quiet stay, but it is not ideal for teenagers, as there are very limited activities and entertainment options for them"

"I did get a stomach bug, it could have been from señor frogs .i order shrimp and rice. idk but it’s safer to drink bottle water and no fruit no salad. Other than that I loved it!"

"The ocean view swim up was really nice, however the adults only rooftop pool and bar was closed down and I was upset because that was one of the reasons I chose this resort to stay at. Also, all restaurants in this close around 7pm-10 so after those hours you're going be hungry since you can’t order room service."

"We loved everything about the resort. It was beautiful. It was clean. The service was excellent. There was a ton of amenities. It never felt busy. Restaurants were easy to get into and the food was great. The only bummer was the ocean and beach, but that’s not the resort’s fault!"

"This hotel is the best, the staff is very kind and helpful, i sature 2 nights and i have nothing but good memories, the pool and the activities they have were really good, there is many things to do, the room was very nice and super clean, the food and drinks were AMAZING and also something that’s not very common in hotels, the gym was incredible with every machine you can imagine, it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed for sure 10/10."
