“Great place to stay great staff”

“Noisy room facing the street. My chair collapsed by the hot tub area and I fell. I reported it to the front desk but I was never contacted. Maintenance looked at it and found that the bolts had been removed from the chair. I followed up with an exray when I got home.”

“객실이 청결하고 크기도 넉넉했어요. 아침식사가 정말 맛있었어요.”

“The location is great, very clean, comfy beds, great breakfasts. Be sure to ask for a room on the poolside to ensure a quiet night's sleep. Rooms on on the highway side are noticeably louder due to constant flow of traffic.”

Please look into this matter and process the refund as soon as...

“Moxy is one of the best hotel in tempe.”

“Pool freezing. Problems with insects. Kitchen poor, freezer seal loose and falling off, stove needed repair soaks broken. We went and bought our own towels and a comforter. Bottom linen: This is a sub-par motel that didn’t feel very safe.”

“직원들이 친절하고 조식도 맛있었습니다.”

“The front desk staff (Maria) was extremely sweet and helpful. The room and clean and smelled great. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was small but very good. Will definitely stay here again when coming into town.”
