"We stayed here for a quick one night stay after a concert. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Very close to airport. Convenient location however not a lot in the immediate area in terms of restaurants, activities, etc . I would stay here again if I needed a hotel in the phoenix area. "

"Kind, helpful, and attentive staff. Convenient location. Walkable to the Arizona Grand Resort. Great value for the price. Downsides: the dispensary can make walking seem questionable at times. Smokers linger in front of the entrance. The shower needs updating. I couldn't get the room temperature just right. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. "

"Spacious condo in timeshare resort. Staff was efficient and friendly. Grounds were clean. Units themselves are pretty dated and look like they were furnished in the 70s. Better than staying at a mid range hotel in the area for the money. "
