Superb location and gorgeous unit. Right in the heart of old town, yet the place is quiet due to good window insulation. Modern and chic and newly renovated. Beautiful interior design and color schemes. Couch facing TV is a comfortable hangout area for drinks and breakfast. Extra sink is a plus. Good storage spaces throughout. Love all the amenities. Host Inga is incredible! Detailed instructions and welcome details with lots of tips and recommendations. We do have to climb 3 flights of stairs...

Great property. Zadar is such a hidden gem! I would completely go back and stay at the property. Everything went smooth and we had an amazing time with my family!

Beautiful property right in the middle of town..

This was a perfect location and apartment. If I had to complain about something is that there is no washer/dryer. And for someone that has been travelling for longer than a week, it would be helpful. It was very pretty and only 1 floor up with is also good when lugging luggage. I would return again

Our plan was to visit Zadar which ended up being about 15 mns away from the hotel was. We were away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was very confortable and quiet, the restaurant served delicious food, the breakfast was opulent; the staff very friendly and they spoke English fluently. I recommend them very much!

THIS PLACE WAS BEAUTIFUL! The staff was so friendly! The front desk was helpful when we needed towels, change for smaller bills or information about the area. The breakfast was included and delicious! The owner personally came around and chatted with guests. He was so friendly! Out of our two week stay in Croatia this hotel was our favorite!! Great location but just enough out of the way for a quiet stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful with our questions. Rooms were cozy and perfect for a couple. Breakfast was amazing and the bar was worth staying in for the night. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff was wonderful and super friendly. This apartment was everything we needed. Super clean and perfect. Location was excellent. The view was awesome. With big balcony doors. Perfect little table with two chairs. Perfect for a couple. Swimming right out front, pool was amazing, and restaurant was very very good. Walking distance to old town. Only negative was checkout is at 10am. I am used to 11am or 12pm. So you don’t feel rushed.

Excellent location, amenities, staff and owners. This is a small, 3 room boutique hotel. Do't be fooled by the exterior appearance. This is a new hotel and the owner has taken pride in the remodel and furnishings. The room we stayed in was well-supplied with complimentary beverages, fruit, and snacks.

Loved this hotel all around! Location couldn't be better, staff excellent, restaurant wonderful , lovely breakfast . Our room had an issue with the AC being a bit too cold for me but the front desk was able to override this strong fan blowing - other than that - perfect!

Great place to stay not to far from Old Town Zadar.

Staff very nice breakfast good except for the awful Coffee , so we paid extra for proper Coffee . Lovely rooms and a great deck right outside on the sea with sunbeds and parasolls. Would definately return.
