โEverything about our stay was wonderful. We arrived early morning. Though we could not check-in until 3pm, the staff safely stored our bags and offered a light bite while we waited (didn't charge). They were very helpful throughout our stay. We had a late flight and again on check-out, they stored bags and charged phones. โMy husband and I had wonderful two nights in Venezia. Itโs the first day of our honeymoon. We have lovely memories in Venezia because they had sent us a message before I got there for preparing something for honeymoon and upgraded our room type! I really appreciate it.

โEvery single staff member, particularly the lady at the front who also prepares breakfast every morning, was beyond AMAZING! They made my very first trip in Italy one and only and unforgettable. And I would happily leave five stars on breakfast; pastries, croissants, protein, fruits, and lovely cappuccino she makes for us were all so so good! I am so glad I decided to stay at this wonderful hotel and will definitely come back here next time visiting Venice again!!โ

the hotel has perfect location(โjust a few minutes walk from santa lucia railway station and the waterboat station); a beautiful and very well maintained room; a clean and spacious bathroom; friendly and nice staffs who speak fluent english; wholesome and hearty breakfast buffet, etcโ
โGreat location.wonderdul serving. Well oriented bed with big Chandler's light. The height of the ceiling is very tall!!. It's not expensive... considering its room size and conditions.

โExtremely convenient location for the night before our cruise. We stayed in a family room that was perfect for our family of 4. Excellent restaurants nearby, and a grocery store a short walk to pick up some drinks to bring on board. The welcome drinks were a very nice touch! โ
