"We spend 4 days in Zhangjiajie/Wulingyuan. The hotel was perfect. Walking distance to park entrance. The hotel staff was very friendly and always helpful. (Forgot my mobile charger and they gave me one for the whole stay) Especially Joanna (English speaking) helped us a lot with transfers etc. The breakfast is a good mix of western and Chinese food. We also ordered food for room service, it was very good. The rooms are very big and the beds are spacious. "

"Cons- Very far from most tourist destinations, expect to spend more money on taxi, and hotel adds surcharge to book cabs. Insect comes into the room because it's in forest area. Air Conditioning in Hotel isn't the best, it is just sufficient, but room remains warm. No restaurants other than hotel's own restaurants. Expect to pay slightly more for hotel food. "Super unique stay in Zhang Jia Jie! 1000/10 recommend if you are visiting. Food was delicious, hospitality was amazing, Frankie was really helpful and kind. The rooms and atmosphere is very relaxing and zen, there’s a beautiful infinity pool and another pool. Lots of activities and a tea master at the hotel was one of a kind ! "

"We reserved two rooms for a family of four for 4 nights. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed the fresh room every day after a long walking tour. Breakfast is free and has lots of selection. It has a tour information desk offer online tickets booking with no extra fees. Whenever we had any questions or concerns about the tickets (wherever we were) they were always answered my phone. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay...
