“Great location close to all amenities including the cable car to tianamen mountain, the bus terminal train station and not to far from the airport. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again”

“작지만 가성비 좋고 특히 호텔주인이 아주 친절합니다 1층에서 모카,블루마운틴 두가지 로스팅한 원두로 싱글오리진으로 마실수도 있고 블랜딩해서 마실수도 있습니다. 단점이라면 온수는 물을 틀어놓고 조금 기다려야 나옵니다. 화장실이 작기 때문에 샤워실이나 화장실 크기에 예민하신분이라면 비추입니다”

“Very friendly receptionist. Very helpful as well. She did her best to give us information about the Zhangjiajie Park even if she does not speak English (we don't speak Chinese). Hotel close to the central bus station. It takes 1 hour to go to the Zhangjiajie Park. The Family Room (for 3 people) was small but clean. Hotel located in an area where there are a lot of hotels and big blocks of flats. It was noisy during the night.”

“This hotel was my stop between the airport and the park. It is very conveniently located to both the airport (10 minutes by taxi) and the cable car stop for Tianmen Mountain (10 minutes walking or 3 by taxi). It was comfortable, clean, and far enough away from the road to avoid loud noises. The staff also helped me to solve a booking issue at no extra charge.”

“Hotel Boss(Pei Pei) is very helpful, and she can speak English. A lot of foreign tourists stay in this hostel which make this hostel lively. The only problem which my friend is not happy because of NO LIFT. He needed to climb up and down using the staircase. He nagged me few days about it. I don't mind to come back to stay this hostel again.”

“The best location in the town where are a lot of restaurants and other stores close by. This hotel provides the excellent services including yummy breakfast, train station pickup, free laundry facility and so forth. The hotel has the exquisite setting: top notch furnitures, authentic tea sets and more. We definitely will be back!”

“Hard to find place. The taxi dropped me by a gate and said 'in there somewhere'. Had to ask 2 or 3 people to eventually find the hotel - but convenient once you know where it is! A lot of confusion on check-in, but eventually sorted out when the lady called her daughter who spoke good English. Didn't like the 'hole in the floor' toilet, but otherwise clean.”

“This place is not a hotel, it's a private residence. People there called the police when I tried to check-in. Had to find something in the area though it was late at night. Tried to contact hotels.com customer service but no clear resolution, still waiting for refund.”
