"I had an excellent stay at the Zhangjiajie Sanhe Resort. This is a family owned hotel, and everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the second sister who helped us book all of our activities and even got us a foot massage therapist to come to our room for a foot massage. The hotel is brand new, modern, well decorated, and very comfortable. The rooms are large, very comfortable bed and linens and an excellent shower. "Dont stay here. The property is not in the location listed on Expedia. The beds are like a wood plank with a bed cover. The dust under the beds was thick and grimey. The photos are not recent. The owners are nice, but its not what you think youre paying for based off the photos. "

"This is a small and clean hotel with very friendly personnel, and there was not much to complain about, except for a few things;
1. There was only sufficient AC on one side of our rectangular room, which matters on hot summer days/nights.
2. The door to the shower cassette was missing which, made it easy to spray on the bathroom floor."
