Staff is very attentive and made all our bookings ahead of time and made suggestions on what to do and which day to do to. Food is excellent and the family room is spacious. It costs a little more than some of the other hotels but those hotels have 400+ rooms. This is much more of a boutique style and a wonderful oasis in town."

"We had a great time at Panorama Peaks Lodge. It is such a beautiful and serene property surrounded by the mountains. The family who run the property are so kind and so helpful, they organised everything for us including pick up from the airport and drop off to attractions. Zhangjiajie National Park can be difficult to do without a tour group, but the owner was extraordinary. She would lay out plans for us each night, from helping us with trip bookings to highlighting the best look-out spots to detailing bus routes that we needed to take down to the minute.
