"The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and the view of the Guggenheim was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and gracious. The lighting system took a bit of getting used to as there were quite a few ! We loved our stay here in Bilbao and can’t wait to return ! "
"The hotel staff and service was exceptional and the breakfast option was well worth it. I felt very welcome and this hotel had a nice homey feel. Great location for walking distance to main areas but far enough away from any central noise.
My only complaint would be the hot/cold fluctuations with the shower usage. Any time another unit was using the shower at the same time this affected the temperature quite a bit. Tip: shower during the day when not many other guests are around or shower very early or late in the evening."

"We did not dine and the bed mattress were a bit old. We noticed while checking out that all the beds are being replaced with the newer ones. Walking distance from the Renfe train station. Excellent location also close to the river where the cruise start/end and 🚊 stop."
