The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We traveled from the US and there were some language challenges we had to work through. The rooms were comfortable, but the shower and restrooms are dated. The balcony and pool area chairs are not very comfortable for long stretches of time. The pool deck is a great location with a view of downtown. You are minutes from the Mercado, beaches and restaurants. The street is very quiet in the evenings. The hotel restaurant and bar were closed and that was not updated on the website.

Very walkable area, close to lots of bars, food stalls, shopping, but far enough away that its quiet at night. Rooftop is great for hanging out too. Would stay there again if ever back in Zihua.

In general we really liked the hotel. Only bad experience, we weren’t allowed any extra bed sheets to cover us at night, we used our restroom towels to cover us. Older style hotel, with a nice staircase and elevator! Great AC and cable tv! The hotel has a nice roof top with a pleasant view and small pool. The area was kept clean and well light. A safe environment.

C’est un bel petit hôtel mais tenu dans un état déplorable: une belle piscine avec aucun entretien minimum. La terrasse du toit serait un bel endroit pour passer du temps mais tout est en état de délabrement. La chambre était très petite sans vue extérieur: une fenêtre givrée donnant sur l’escalier intérieur. Le personnel est aimable même s’il t’oublie la dernière journée.

Deja mucho que desear

el hotel esta centrico, a calles largas de la playa, de la cancha municipal, a media calle de transporte publico... lo malo es que es verdad que no hay agua,el dia que llegue pude bañarme pero los dos siguientes al despertar y querer bañarme tres gotitas salieron y eso de salir a corretear al de recepción o buscarlo por q luego no habia nadie fue un suplicio..ademas de que leyendo reseñas lei que no habia agua caliente y hable antes de llegar para saber si era verdad y me dijeron que eso era antes.. constate que cero agua y mucho menos caliente!! yo creo nadie prende el boiler ni la bomba... la tv al llegar desconfigurada y no se veia ni un canal, al pedir ayuda a recepcion tuve que esperar un buen rato a que llegara otro chico y configurara el codificador...sirve por centrico y solo para dejar las cosas por que sin agua no es muy funcional que digamos.El wifi solo sin problemas accese el 1er dia, al siguiente conectaba como hotspot y mi face trataba de conectarlo por ATT que ni tengo, mala espina me dio eso. Solo me hospedaria ahi de nuevo si no encontara lugar en otro lado. la relacion precio/calidad nada que ver, caro para las deficiencias que tiene. disculpen pero no me gusto.Se que habra a quienes si o que corran con mas suerte que yo. gracias por sus servicios.

que la regadera no servia y el control del clima no marcaba como querias el clima pero de ahi todo bien lo unico malo del restaurant ... y la alberca pensaba que era como la del hotel de ixtapa el mas economico que hay al lado de similares me parece perfecto que este en el piso 4 nomas que le falta que este mas grande asi ni ganas dan de meterse

Pésimo servicio y calidad

Muy mal servicio, te ofrecen servicio de agua caliente y no hay, su logística con el estacionamiento pésima, cada que algún huésped sale te hablan para mover el carro, así sean las 3 am, el último día tardé casi una hora para salir del hotel por la situación de los carros, había que esperar a que los movieran los dueños; de tres días, 2 no había agua para bañarse, no llevan bien el registro de sus habitaciones disponibles, nuestro tercer día, llegó alguien del hotel a las 7 am a abrirnos la puerta de la habitación xq pensaban que ya no estábamos. La “alberca” sucia, descuidada y además en una altura imposible para una persona adulta. Una pésima experiencia por un costo más alto o igual que algunos hoteles de buena calidad que están en la playa.

Muy mal, llegué y me dijeron que no habían hecho la reservación , que la persona que me atendió por teléfono para dicha reservación nunca envió un mail con mi reservación y tampoco llamó al hotel Savaro para avisar y reservar, me hicieron esperar media hora y la manager o encargada llegó y ni siquiera me dio la cara, y los jóvenes que atienden de mala manera me dijeron: "lo siento no hay nada que podamos hacer por usted, aquí esta todo lleno, busque en otro lado" así que tuve que buscar otro hotel cargada de maletas, ustedes dan un pésimo servicio.
