"Loved! Perfect location "

"We booked this hotel last minute. I was impressed by the lobby area which has an amazing view of a big book that gives the special touch to all the hotel because all the halls and rooms have authors and some extracts from some books. This is so awesome! The room was so clean and even if it didn’t have a great view, the staff were super friendly and kind and they gave us the check in earlier and gave us advise for first timers in Munich. The room was very clean and quiet, we had a queen bed and it was very comfy. The shower was separated from the toilet and the sink which was very convenient. There were many amenities like shower cap, toothbrush, sewing kit, soap, conditioner, hairdryer and so many more. I loved they left coffee and teas and there’s a coffee maker and some creamers and cups for chilling out once you get there. The room had two separate closets each side of the bed and TV. There is security box to leave important stuff. They clean every day and leave clean towels and do the bed in case you did not. This hotel is very near the station so it connects you easily with the city or by walking just 10 minutes approximately. My husband and me were very satisfied with our stay!"

"Overall good hotel with great location and a spirited energy. Walking distance to everything and steps to transit. We found the bed uncomfortable and staff only somewhat helpful (only when asked directly). And housekeeping woke us up at 8am on our check out day, even though check out is later! "

"The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable enough. It was also fairly inexpensive, making it a worthwhile option for a couple's long weekend getaway. However, many aspects could be improved. First of all, it's tiny. Which would not be problem, because that was implied before booking. But the toilet and separate shower room are seemingly in a low-ceiling-container that was placed inside the high-ceiling bedroom. Those are so low, that when you are 1,85m tall, you hit the ceiling when using a hairdryer. Then there is the kitchen. It "
