โ6 Monate vorher 3 Zimmer gebucht ,mit der Bitte : nicht am Aufzug ,am Ende vom Gang. Die Bitte dann nochmal 2 Wochen vor Anreise geschickt. Wo lagen die Zimmer ? Alle 3 am Aufzug. Rรผckfrage an der Rezeption : Tut mir leid,wir sind ausgebucht . (Standardspruch?) Auf mehreren Portalen waren noch mindestens 5 Zimmer verfรผgbar, also glatte Lรผge . Absolute Ignoranz. Zum Glรผck sind die Tรผren dick, man hรถrt keine Gerรคusche vom Aufzug und andere Gรคste auf dem Flur. Insgesamt ,wir kommen wieder weil das...

โAs gold member of hotels.com, I have been many different hotels all over the world. This hotel definitely the one of worst hotel I have been. The room was not so clean and fish smell on towels. Staffs were neither kind nor helpful. Irons were not enough, I wore wrinkled cloths because there were not enough irons to use. But staffs did not so much care about it. I would never recommend this hotels. Ever!! โ
