The staff were all lovely. Saw my two little kids and gave us an amazing view of the planes taking off on the run way. I wish our stay could have been longer to enjoy the property! We had a super early flight out of YVR and it was AWESOME to check into our flight, drop off our luggage, and go up to the room and get the kids ready.

Perfect location in Yaletown with a great grocery practically next door and walking distance of Stanley Park and Granville Island. Clean and nicely appointed, beautiful views of the city from most bedrooms. Loved the roof top spa and pool. Would definitely stay again.

The staff are courteous and when I arrived early, I was provided access to parking and access to the third floor washroom. Further, once my room was available I was granted early access.
The Hotel is centrally situated, which is why I stay there frequently.
I was disappointed that the pool was not opened. It is my recollection that it is a heated pool. I recently stayed at other hotels for this reason. The Pan Pacific, Pacific Rim, and Hilton all have heated pools that were open in March and April.
I stayed on the 5th floor and the kitchen requires updating or at a minimum, painted cupboards. I appreciate that there are signs promoting retrofitting.
