Overall it was a great stay. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. The only thing Didn’t like is that the toilet paper in our room wasn’t brand new and it run out just before we went to bed and there’s none available in the room. Usually hotels I have been have a standby extra toilet paper for guest to use in case it runs out

We had an excellent stay here at Okura. The room was so clean, homy vibe feeling and very spacious. The staff was all so helpful, very warm and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again if given an opportunity. Thank you Okura.

Staff and rooms were brilliant as usual.
Would have liked more time coverage and food options by the pool.
Internet for a business traveller is not fit for purpose, both in-room and general hotel. Poor quality and lacked consistency to get anything meaningful done.
Internet quality will impact future bookings.
