Hotel just ok. Bathroom sink didnt drain all 4 days there. Maint tried to fix it twice. No hot water for 2 days. Tried to change rooms but was told hotel full, didnt even offer any partial refund.
Kiosk not working. Had to wait about 30-45mins in line for checkin. Won't go back

I really liked the location of the hotel. Check in was easy and navigating the hotel was easy. There were several cleanliness issues with my room. There were even basic things missing from my room that should have been there upon checking in. I had a negative experience with a waiter at their Americano restaurant. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.
