We stayed only one night, but the experience was unforgettable, especially thanks to Adly, who assisted us during the night shift with exceptional 360-degree support. The hotel's atmosphere and interior completely changed my perspective on boutique hotels—I absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with refreshing cucumber-infused water and cool, aromatic towels, which was such a thoughtful touch. The white wine offered as a welcome drink was delightful, and every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind and attentive. Adly, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. I would highly recommend Kimpton Miami to anyone looking for a warm, stylish, and truly hospitable experience.

It was okay, miscommunication on incidental fees for extra days. Could not split payments and mixed room reservations, but made it right. Haven't received full deposit. Back yet. Seen a few small bugs, wasn't pleased for the prices charged! Requested spray or discounted room. Only resort fee do to booking 3rd party! Lovely pool area, slightly outdated amenities.

We've stayed at the National about 6-7 visits and it's centrally located next to Ocean Drive and Lincoln Drive so you can be in the mix of everything from eating to shopping. The rooms are spacious and always clean and well kept

My room smelled really musty it was hard to be in the room without airconditioning on for 20 min
