Riviera Maya All inclusive Vacations

The staff couldn't have been nicer. Some of them knew us by name by the second day. Experience Team at the rec pool made the trip worth it. Must try all the dining options, but Japanese was my favorite. Only downside was the red sea weed, which was out of their control. Loved it!

We love the Valentín, and are repeat guests. The service is wonderful, and the grounds are gorgeous! There are so many dining options and they are all delicious! There are lots of activities available, and plenty of relaxing spots too. Just be aware that some days the beach is gorgeous, but some days there is a lot of sargassum. On those days you can enjoy the HUGE main pool or other pools.

Friendly staff but room was outdated and had a constant sewer smell. We stayed beachfront and the smell from the seaweed was off putting. Food was ok , not much variety. Drinks were artificial tasting with artificial fruit flavor instead of real fruit. Buffets were not restocked in a timely manner. Staff were friendly but I wouldn’t place this resort at anything more than 3 stars.

This hotel is a gem and I wished my family and I had more than 5 days to stay. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are beautiful (ours had a patio pool and double showers in the bathrooms), the spa facilities are really worth mentioning (any guest can use them regardless of whether you are getting treatments or not), and food was delicious. There are plenty of bikes to use on the property so we loved cycling between our rooms and the beachfront pool and restaurants. It was truly relaxing and I can’t wait to go back.

This hotel is a gem and I wished my family and I had more than 5 days to stay.
