A lot of confusion if you reserve with apps get ready to pay more when u get to the hotel, fees food the couch has some stains the people at the bar were nice. If you want all inclusive need to pay at the hotel when you get there plus Resort fees almos 100 dollars call the hotel before reserving your money is not refundable!! The restaurant doesn’t have a lot of variety and then no bread o tortilla o fruits (Orange) this hotel need works.

Great resort.

Don't come during the summer. The sargassum was everywhere and the beach was closed. Also this property was under construction and some amenities were not available. Make sure to bring pants if you want to eat at the restaurants as they don't allow shorts for males. Also not all the restaurants were open daily as advertised.

This was our first visit to Grand Riviera Princess & for being such a highly rated hotel, I was expecting nothing more than anexceptional experience. It was all but that! Our room was great, I reserved two rooms side by side for my family with a swim out balcony pool that connected. We were excited about that & that was probably the better part of our stay. The staff, buffets & restaurants were disappointing each and every time. The pirates buffet had rock hard waffles, pancakes and french toast. I brought it up to the chefs attention who was replenishing the waffles & she simply ignored my concern, left the old waffles & placed the new ones in the back of the tray. Some of The sausages had a slimy consistency & others didn’t, which meant they weren’t good. The main Buffet was just as bad, the food was tasteless, atleast two stations were unattended each time we went & people were reaching over the counter trying to serve themselves. When items would run out a.e. Churros & ice cream, staff simply said they were out, having still over an hour left of service. The last straw for my family & I was the sports bar. I decided that maybe buffets weren’t really going well for us so we decided to try an à la cart place. The fries, onion rings, burger and hot dogs came out lukewarm-cold. When I tried to address the bar tender he blew me off, I told another waiter who said “buffet opens in 30 min.” & our waitress never came back. We filed a complaint to the hotel & will never go back.

Alot of bed bugs

Everything was beautiful, I didn’t care for the buffet, it was bland. The beds were hard. I didn’t like that wherever we went someone was trying to get us to do a time share walk through. We didn’t get our shuttle to the airport. I never received any information regarding our pick up shuttle and we had to get a taxi. I am requesting a refund for our shuttle going to the hotel.

Great food and service. If your a beach person this is not the place for you...very small...but with the great pools I didn't miss the beach.
