This is the second time we have stayed at this resort. This time we went with our 13 year old daughter for her birthday. Pros: The resort is clean, the staff are friendly, the security is great, there is a variety of food, and the pools are well maintained. Cons: 1 - Upon arrival, the shuttle we booked through the resort took us to the wrong location. After a long flight, the last thing we want to do is sit in a shuttle for 30+ extra minutes while they try to figure out where we are supposed to be. 2 - We booked our room for three people and even upgraded our room when we arrived, however we were only given 2 wifi passwords for 3 people. 3 - One of the nights, the resort shut down the food hall and made everyone line up and get their food outside (in July!). The food was terrible. We had to go back to the room and order room service. We would have gone to dinner, but upon our arrival there were no dinner reservations available for that night. 4 - Our shuttle, which was booked through the resort was 45 minutes late getting us to go back to the airport. We stood outside, without being contacted about this wondering if we were going to make it to the airport in time. Overall, we have loved the resort in the past. But this visit, they definitely fell short.

Great resort! We had an extremely relaxing stay at this Beautiful property. It has amazing restaurants and great food. French restaurant is my absolute favorite! The beach was full of sargassum and not usable but the staff tries hard to keep it clean. We stayed in a golden junior and it was beautiful. Only downside is a motion sensor in the bathroom that blinds everyone in the whole room if you get up at night. If you love to exercise and need a gym this place may not be for you. It’s very small. Limited equipment and the space outside with dumbbells has very few, is in the heat and occupied by fitness classes.

겉만 번지르르하고 속은 별로... 수영장 너무작고 바다도 별로.. 레스토랑은 세개뿐이고.. 음식은 보통.. 너무 넓기만해요..

The food was horribly salty, and we ate at serval different restaurants. One restaurant just served a ball of something that might as well have been salted battered and fried. The room they placed us in initially had been recently painted. Knowing this they placed us in the room anyways, the room had such a horrible chemical smell we had a headache from being in the room for less than 30 mins. The communication between the staff during the need to change rooms was horrible. The staff did end up moving us to a new room, the view from this room barely had an ocean view but they still charged us for the view. They did upgrade us to diamond but only for the drinks. I guess that was good enough. I won't be back to this resort.

Es una excelente opción para vacacionar en familia. El hotel tiene todo distribuido de tal forma que los que buscamos actividades para niños pudimos hacerlas. También tiene áreas correspondientes para adultos, por lo que la estancia fue más que placentera. Sin duda regresaríamos.
