This was by far the most personalized stay we’ve ever had at a hotel. We were personally shown to the room and all amenities were explained. The amazing staff thought of every detail. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg!

We were very impressed at this hotel. It was a very short walk to the old town part. We enjoyed our stay. The room was beautifully decorated and was spacious enough for our family of 3+dog. They had a beautiful garden area on the side. The only confusing thing this was figuring out where the parking garage was and how to exit/enter back into the hotel. You can eventually figure it out but it took a minute.

Wonderful stay. The breakfast has so many fresh options it was hard to choose, the staff were super helpful and friendly, and the free chocolates in the lobby and the free minibar kept the kids excited. And it’s close to everything. Would love to stay again if I am in Salzburg.

Beautiful property. Great location. The pool is a lovely amenity. Easy to get to town with the tickets they provide for the lift at the Modern Art Museum.
