Loved that the pool and spa were 24 hrs!

Horrible noise. Party tent just below. Staff just say too bad so sad it’s the city. They need to inform people when booking that it’s very very noisy. They even do maintenance at 11 pm. They charge a premium and have very very poor service.

Very good value for money. Gym was good, room was clean. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, which explains the cheaper price, but everything else is just fine.

Great hotel in a great location in Calgary only issue was the restaurants on site anytime we went they either had no food or were not open when they were supposed to to be. Also coffee in the front lobby was never open yet the sign said open tomorrow. But it was still closed

Location and property were great. Walking distance to Stampede grounds and Stephan Ave. Room was fantastic . An outside space would be nice if you are staying a while. There is a spot but it’s not that great as it’s in the alley and there was caution tape around much of the space. We would stay again but fair warning to people. The homeless population is very significant around this hotel. If you don’t like seeing people OD on the sidewalk this is not the place for you. They were harmless but it is more than a bit of a problem around there . When we checked in they had to buzz us in I am assuming because of loitering? In any event, it was a great stay.

The room was clean, staff were great from house keeping to front desk! The breakfast was great even though it was cold most mornings! Enjoyed the hot coffee and staff! Roy was great ! Thank you!
