Mountain States All inclusive Vacations

I had a great time. The only thing I would change is the communication between the valet and the hotel staff. I ended up having to pay the valet as well as for self parking and I’m still waiting on being reimbursed. Valet contacted the front desk while I was waiting for my car and requested that the self parking fees be reversed and it’s been almost 3 weeks and I have not received any credits

A great place to stay and have fun in Vegas and for sure to go to the Sphere. The rooms are clean. But remember do not touch any item in the cold fridge or the snacks on counter they are all set up for weight. As explained to me by bellhop. If you move it or touch it considered you just bought it, cost me $14.00 for touching chocolate covered raisins I barely touched it, wam instant charge to room called refreshments Also dropped something on the floor under the bed I found an old water bottle from who knows when, clipped toenails and lots of paper trash. I mentioned it to housekeeping they said the vacuums don’t make it under the bed. Me as a customer had no problem squatting down grabbing the bottle they could do the same thing Other then that the place is great

Had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo Venetian and found that the entire Hotel made my trip perfect. The staff, restaurants, casino and pool staff were excellent!

Easy to get to the Sphere

This property was great!

Easy to get to the Sphere

Helpful staff and check in. There was renovation on the 32nd floor so very noisy during the afternoons. Have stayed several times, but first time to see black mold in the shower, where the tile meets the bathtub. Two spots I photographed, and let Guest services know before checking out. Good proximity to Fashion Show Mall and other venues. I will return.
