Convenient location close to China Town. Nice, accommodating staff. Clean room, comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet has good amount of food variety. Not sure if the hotel is rated 4 stars or 5 stars, but should be at least 4 stars.

Room was fine but was not serviced each day and we had to ask for towels , toilet paper etc .
Most staff seemed too busy to help or look after us: when we checked in , there was no welcome just admin .
Could be so much better .

min walk to Orchard Rd.
Modern and clean rooms.
We had breakfast included in our stay - it was ok. I wouldn’t pay the $35 pp per day for it.
