Pool amazing, they let us check in earlier,but room service not satisfied, we had to ask for everything, I paid for 3 persons we get all for 3 very disappointing and they are rude if you ask them for something , beside the front desk.

Was clean and perfect

There was nothing in particular about the property or staff but it was well maintained and staff friendly and it is recommended for those traveling on a budget and wanting to be in the general area of activities.

Our stay was great! Staff was beyond friendly and attentive. Highly recommend. Location was right across the beach. All you need is next to your hotel. Beautiful outdoor pool and clean facility.

Lady at the check in gave us only to two wristband for hotel keys. I told her we are party of 4 with (2) sixteen year olds. She rudely responded that children under 18 don’t get wristbands, but she and I saw children walking around with them. When I pointed it out, she then told me they are low on the wristbands and will give me key cards. Can’t believe the service I got with the money we are paying. Blanks and pillows in our room smelled. We ask for new blanks and pillows and they never exchanged it for us. They are very good at answering you but don’t do anything about it. I was in Room 308
