Amazing staff. I believe his name was Ambrose? He really took care of us for my wife’s 35th bday. That man deserves a raise. But overall, first time staying here. Do not let the bad reviews fool you. Yes, there is construction ongoing but its quite literally just right by the front restaurant. Not loud at all either they stop working at night. Pool area is clean, jacuzzi area is hot. Beach right outside the hotel is rocky so wear water shoes. Room is beautiful, and all staff has just been extremely friendly. We will be back!!

Good hotel near a lot of stores and restaurants. Beach is a block away. Had issues with our room, hot water was scorching hot and we needed to change rooms on our second day due to a broken hot water valve in the shower. Quite noisy on other nights.

Staff that cleaned the rooms were very warm and friendly. Front desk staff was kind. There’s two ABC stores

Loved this hotel, our room had excellent views of diamond head.The pool area was outstanding. Beds laid out with towels ready to use, plenty of towels available to grab whenever needed.it was possible to sunbathe there all day. Decks restaurant is brilliant, great food - check out there happy hour menu. Coffee shop excellent too Beach towels & deck chairs to borrow.All the staff were exceptionally helpfull. The hotel decor is fantastic. You are given water bottles to use, lots of water machines to fill them up. Best gym ever too. Room spotlessly cleaned everyday. Excellent location - opposite the Zoo. We hired a car & paid to park - but such a great location you could walk or catch a bus or pay for trips around the island instead.
