North America Beach Vacations

Surf shop in the hotel with multi-day rentals and lockers, near the beach is very convenient. Being at the far end of the strip, across from the Zoo helps with the noise and makes you feel less part of the concrete jungle that is Waikiki, but still close to businesses.

Property and everything went well! We loved the stay, just wish the valet team would be as welcoming as the hotel workers. We enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer and the location is PRIME for Waikiki. I am a local and experiencing the hotel with Duke's as convenient as can be, we will be back. Worth it.

Very nice place, good location, the gym is a good addition and pool experience is beautiful. Everyone here is on vacation and that's what it feels like. The hotel staff does a good job keeping things tidy and neat. I would come back and spend a weekend here again!

Exceeded our expectations with respect to cleanliness and overall service. We've never stayed in a cleaner room at any hotel, ever (we are a shoes off in the room kind of family, so we noticed!). Housekeeping was exceptional. The room itself had a great layout, view was fantastic, amenities were so nice. We did a Club room and utilized the breakfast overlooking the ocean every morning which was lovely. Went to the afternoon one once, got a drink and some apps - was very crowded. The pool is not for small kids, it gets deep fast and most of the pool is deep water. We didn't use it at all. Nowhere to do laundry nearby and the in-resort option is SO EXPENSIVE. Keep that in mind!

Hotel was large and convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. There were two pools but seemed small relative to hotel size. Staff were very helpful and the rooms seemed recently renovated. The entertainment provided by the hotel was limited.

It's in good location and partial ocean room price is good value. But the room is out of dated, especially the room carpet/wallpaper and the bathroom.
