Kyushu Beach Vacations

Stayed 2 nights. We had a Japanese suite for our family. We really liked the space, and had a good amount of room. We enjoyed the breakfast and the baths were also great. The shuttle bus into the city was also really convenient

Nice property but location isn't great. Currently surrounded by building sites and a long walk from anywhere.

My wife and I decided to stay at this hotel as a typhoon hit Okinawa and we had to go somewhere else. We decided to come to this Hilton and it looked like a nice hotel and bigger for a change. As advertised by Expedia and Hilton's websites that there is a pool on the property and outdoor pool and public bath. No where before booking did it said you had to pay everyday for this amenities ! We paid a premium price per night considereing other hotels with the same services that are included. This was beyond disappointing and we were here for 4 days I was not paying $2750 yen each to use a pool each day I was there. The amena washroom in the pool room also smelled disgusting. The beds were the worst beds I've ever slept on and at a Hilton this was unacceptable. This was an extremely disappointing stay and the staff had no response as too why the hotel doesn't properly advertise that you have to pay for the pool each day. Very over rated hotel.

Very good place to stay although it was extremely expensive to eat at most of the restaurants within the property.
