Russian River Valley Beach Vacations

The person who checked us in was very nice and professional, which made for a great first impression. Our room was very clean, and the same goes for the facilities and all common areas throughout the hotel everything was impeccably maintained. The building décor is unique and a bit different, but very cute and charming. The gardens and pool area are beautifully maintained and provide a lovely space to relax; it’s a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The hotel’s location is ideal, centrally located near shopping and a wide variety of restaurants, which made getting around very convenient.

The location was convenient. Shopping and sining right across the street. Check in staff is not very friendly and pretty dry. For the price they chargw and me using expedia and having "VIP experience" i would say not worth it. Expedia mentiones this Hotel being a VIP hotel, i would say this is not the case!

Can be a bit loud on Friday and Saturday nighta due to their rooftop bar and surrounding hotels

It is my 3rd time at this hotel. Always for business. They care about clients, they do everything to make you comfortable and happy. The ladies for spa and massage are exceptional. The food is amazing and my cappuccino every day of my stay was perfecto. I travel a lot and I can definetely say this is the best hotel in Los Angeles area.

I like casa Del Mar better. Rooms seem more updated. I felt our room was a bit tired looking. Caulk needed in toilet area against shower wall. Staff excellent.
