The room my husband and I got wasn’t the room we had reserved and they said bc my room was a late check in they just put me in whatever room was available and also the ac in the room was broken wasn’t getting cold at all and we took like 20 showers just to stay cool … I had called front desk and they said they don’t handle those situations and gave me an email ..

8.8/10 Excellent! (4,458 reviews)
I have never checked in to a room that is so dusty. Several lights were not working as well. I did complain at the front desk the first night, nothing changed and I gave up.
Other than that the property was good.
