Property was neat and tidy. The location is the best! Plenty of restaurants in the area. Tim at the desk was helpful and friendly. WiFi was excellent. The chain in the toilet bowl was broke and I had to open the lid and flush by hand. After working on the computer I decided to watch tv and the “ok” button that starts the tv on remote didn’t work. So I thought I’d call the front desk, but there is no phone in the room. I started to look up the hotel number and call on my cell, but by now, it’s midnight and I didn’t want to be bothered. Lastly, I recently had hernia surgery (not your fault), but the walk to the suggested parking on Navy Street was a bit much. Parking is really inconvenient. Not your fault either. I called a Lyft. I have business in Santa Monica six times yearly and usually stay at the Hilton/Doubletree on 4th and thought I’d try something different this time. Air Venice is nice, but inconvenient.
