9.6/10 Exceptional! (270 reviews)
The place was an amazing stay. My beef is with hotels.com. I was charged another $98 US on check out and because my Spanish is not that good and I was in a rush to get to the airport, I did not have time nor the language to argue with the lady and just paid it. Afterwards I realized I did have a receipt and did not need to pay the $98 US. How do I get that back now?????
I am now going through the same thing on the Galapagos. I got here yesterday and the lady wants me to pay $270 US. Again, no english and she wanted proof of payment, so through a translator app, I asked if I could show her the next day. Now I have to find that receipt. If hotels are going to book through Hotels.com, they need to have better communication to show these payments have been made.
