Overall, our stay was good. Check in was easy. Our experience fell short of excellent due to a few easily remedied issues. On the positive side the room was very large and well decorated, and the balcony was great, with a nice view. However, there was no face soap nor body lotion provided. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast; it was low end, discount hotel-quality with cold potatoes, flat, terrible pancakes and not much for plant-based needs. The coffee was great. Parking was around the corner and at a very reasonable price. This hotel would be impossible for mobility-impaired individuals; there are stairs to get into the hotel and stairs to get into the dining room/hotel room section. I’d stay there again and hope my observations might lead to a few changes for a better experience.

Immaculate property. Front desk and concierge are top notch, friendly and professional. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are modern with lots of amenities. I’ll be back?

Simply Great

Parking was confusing, not much signage for English tourists, lots of stains on the carpet and outdated bathroom/kitchenette. The bath faucet sounded like it was going to explode. Main desk was very pleasant! There was a language barrier so it seems a few things we had to go back and ask (such as how the elevator worked - we got scared that we were stuck lol)! Lovely location.
