The front desk manager would not let us continue to use the resort facilities after the noon checkout time even though our flight pick up time was 3 hours away unless we paid ...

Property was very quite, a lot of stairs, meals very expensive for what you received, service was excellent, staff very friendly, to get to pool or beach either shuttle or slot of steps, view was incredible
