The hotel is so run down.
It needs a major renovación.
I upgraded to a ocean view hotel room.
It had so many flaws omg — the balcony door couldn’t be locked / it was such a struggle opening it up & closing it.
The toilet seat was bent down - safety box didn’t work.
I had chosen the (only breakfast) choice - so so I had to pay for other services .
When I checked out today I happened to find out that there were charges that I didn’t...

If we could have gotten the rooms facing the pool or courtyard we would have been more pleased.
