Amazing resort. Very helpful staff. Food is great. Should consider adding halal meat options to restaurants!

The food in the restaurants was excellent. I was also pleasantly surprised the bars had higher end alcohol. Would definitely return very soon!

I really love this property ! The surroundings were beautiful- very green and lush, room was impeccably clean, very attentive staff , beautiful pools, very well maintained gym and great food. There were some nice on-site activities as well - recommend the boat tour and cacao ceremony, both of which were done beautifully. Be mindful of the cost of room service which was quite exorbitant and not worth it given the portion sizes. The hotel transfers are also quite costly so consider taking a taxi to get around as Uber does not service that area. Restaurants were great though and there were good options to choose from in terms of variety and cost. The staff were very helpful in terms of arranging a taxi for me quickly when needed. You have to go quite far in to get to the property but even then La Quinta Avenida was only 10 mins away by taxi so still very convenient. It was great to have a serene place to go back to after the noise and bustle in the main streets. Special mention to Gilberto for taking good care of me and checking on me when I was out and about - much appreciated as a solo female traveler. We’ll definitely stay here again without hesitation when I’m in Cancun !

The facilities are generally outdated, but the variety of restaurants and amenities made our stay enjoyable. I had read reviews about musty smells in some rooms, and unfortunately, my room had the same issue. I requested a room change, and the staff kindly accommodated my request. The staff were all very friendly and wonderful.
