Enjoyable stay. Well kept resort with lots to do. Food and service good. Rooms are fine, a little cramped for family of 4.

Amazing vacation. Our second time staying at The Grand and it was great. The rooms are huge and very clean, the staff is so lovely and helpful. There is tons to do with kids and the beaches are beautiful. We will book again. Loved it all.

The beach spot this resort sits in would be enough to easily give this resort a 5 star rating. However everything else is subpar. The food choice is the same every day and lacks taste. They don’t have enough beach towels for everyone so if you get one, you’re likely not able to get a clean one and end up reusing it. Rooms are outdated. No privacy in the bathroom, you can see through. They now charge for the cevicheria, which used to be included and was a highlight food choice. Oh and they also don’t believe in guacamole anymore so even after paying for ceviche, it tastes bland. Whoever runs this resort seems more focused on cost cutting than customer satisfaction. This was my 3rd time staying there and it left me not wanting to go back.

We had one of our best stays there. All the staff, especially Christoper did an amazing work. All the resort is very well maintained and the service and food are excellent. Swimming pool was our favorite since the beach and the water weren't great. Highly recommended for relaxing with Family and kids. Thank you Nizuc for our wonderful visit.
