This hotel is always a wonderful place to stay! It is very comfortable, clean, and perfectly located in Chandler. The front desk staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. I would especially like to recognize Cecilia, who went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with a reservation I had mistakenly made for my elderly parents, both over 80 years old. She was not only incredibly professional and efficient but also genuinely warm, caring, and compassionate. She made my parents feel safe, comfortable, and well taken care of, which meant so much to me. Another great benefit is that the hotel offers breakfast as well as food in the evening, making the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. I stay at this hotel regularly, and what impresses me most is that the quality, cleanliness, and excellent service never change. It is wonderful to find a place that consistently maintains such high standards. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Cecilia, for making every stay a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely continue coming back!
