Ordinarily great but this stay was very disappointing. The lift & air conditioning were both broken for 3 out of my 4 night stay - not ideal when you are on the top floor; the staff on duty were dismissive & unhelpful. Hoping this bad service was a one off.

Stayed here for 4 days while touring London. The hotel is so close to Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben, and also walking distance to two stations of the Underground. The staff is very kind and accommodating, and the included breakfast has so many options and is excellent. There is a cafe/bar off the lobby too. Definitely recommend!
