The room was very clean and nice, it had a charging cable with 4 different ports!
Breakfast was very nice, the spa was good, clean, with an outside area, as well.
The amazing thing was how quiet the room was, seeing that the hotel is so close to the train station.

The airport shuttle was very convenient, excellent schedule, and drive assisted with stowing luggage under the bus. Super diamond class breakfast - huge choice and made to order omelets. The staff was exception in my opinion - profession, delightful courtesy, and well trained. The concierge was "platinum" level experienced and helpful. If fact, he solved an important issue regarding where we were to meet our transportation to Yokohama with Holland America Line (HAL) regarding the correct terminal meeting area. If it was not for the concierge help we would have gone to the wrong terminal and most likely missed our transportation - kudos for his help.

I want to give a shout out to the airport shuttle staff for their ultimate and unimaginable service that I dont think I deserve! I missed the schedule for my shuttle schedule to the airport because I thought the bus leaves at 7:25, but it clearly posted on the lobby the time (stupid me)!
So I told the staff that I will just take a taxi or uber to the airport but ask them if they can call the driver to wait for me to get my luggage. However, they put me on another shuttle bus with only me as the passenger (talking about being special, which I dont think I deserve)!
It brought me to tears, because I can tell they were genuinely worried for me and for my luggage. So they bend backwards to bring me to the airport to save me from the hassle of missing my luggage or missing my flight!
For that, 5 stars is not enough for the service they provided me though I dont think I deserve such service!
My highest recommendation goes to Hotel Nikko Narita!
I will definitely stay there when I get back!
On top of that, the room we stayed in was spacious, and the food selections were really good.
