"This hotel was amazing.... clean, room was big, staff available for questions as needed. Located in a busier road but inside the room was quiet. Close proximity to Ducati and with a car, about 15 minutes to old town Bologna. Grocery store across the street as well."

"We were not permitted entry and waited outside on the pavement in the rain while the owner 'called Expedia'. Although we made clear when we booked 10 weeks previously that we would be departing at 4:40am to go to the airport, the owner was very volatile and said we cannot do that. The good news is ..."
